The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1 by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 2707 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §20-2-4 and §20-2-11 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, relating to the collection, possession and sale of naturally shed deer antlers; and relating to the trade or barter of wildlife or parts thereof, and establishing a misdemeanor crime for trading or bartering of wildlife or parts thereof or exposing wildlife or parts thereof to trade or barter; and providing criminal penalties for violations.”
